Our values ensure that we embody the principles that define us, regardless of whom we serve, and inspire us to be One team with trust and respect, Performance-driven, and Customer-centric.


Recognizing the values of colleagues’ identities and abilities through positive reinforcement. Always be a good listener and try to understand the needs of customers and stakeholders.

 

Creating an inclusive and supportive environment of a diverse group of people while also being open to different opinions will allow employees to feel safe and respected.

 

Communicating openly and transparently so no one is afraid to share their opinions.

 

Working with a self-centered mindset and no empathy.

Creating an unwelcoming work environment through negative energy and speech that implies one person’s way is the only correct approach.

 

Overemphasizing on fixed criteria without considering colleagues’ efforts.

 

Always be responsible and consistent in delivering assigned tasks with high-quality. Be capable of making timely decisions.

 

Creating a work environment based on mutual trust and respect through transparent communication will make employees feel comfortable enough to ask when there are inconsistencies.

Consistently learning, developing, and improving oneself to create high-quality work that supersedes expectations.

Engaging in misconduct or unethical behaviors for one’s personal profit, including data breach, fraud, spreading false information, stealing intellectual property, and denying credit to co-workers. This undermines the credibility of employees and the organization.

Making exaggerated promises and failing to follow through, leading to negative repercussions.

 

Not staying up-to-date with latest trends in one’s industry.

 

Always sharing knowledge and experience to foster our colleagues to think outside the box. Try to find new ways of work and develop innovation to serve customers’ and organization’s needs.
