October 31, 2023 – True Corporation Plc has launched True Next Gen program, seeking for future leaders in preparation for upcoming human resource challenges, including the shift in demographic landscape and technological disruption driven by artificial intelligence and automation.
The 18-month program highlights pre-selection process of bootcamp in order for applicants to understand the current business landscape. In addition, the program also offers the privileged hands-on experiences and knowledge exchange community with high-level executives, such as reverse mentorship. The program is aimed at supporting the organizational transformation in line with future workforce, building the region’s leading telecom-tech company.

True Next Gen program is an 18-month graduate trainee program equipped with a series of the intense talent development processes in search of future leaders. It is a good opportunity for fresh graduate and first jobbers to unleash their potentials, obtaining invaluable business insights across different roles and functions. The participants will be upskilling with entrepreneurial mindset and tech capabilities, leapfrogging their capability and career journey in leading telecom-tech company.

The Future Leader Program is tailored to elevate career journey through hands-experience and project-based assignments, which comprises of two tracks based on requirements – tech and business talents.
- Tech talents – The applicants should be digital savvy with entrepreneurial mindset, having 1-3 years experiences in related fields (AI, Math-statistics, data science, engineering, etc) Portfolio in digital or tech projects is required.
- Business talents – The applicants should have entrepreneurial mindset with strong inspirational and leadership skills. Fresh graduate or 0-3 years experiences. Mobility to work in upcountry is mandatory.
True Next Gen’s future leader should be passionate with a strong vision, striving to achieve the company’s goal – Thailand’s telecom-tech company. For basic qualification, their age is limited at 28-year-old with excellent English proficiency. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in any fields.
True Next Gen program is open for the application today until Nov 14. The applicants are required to pass online assessment, in-person interview, bootcamp participation for selection process. The program will be kicked off in Jan 2024 with well-designed intensive courses, customized training, development program based on career inspiration and top-notch rewards, lasting 18 months.
