Previously, there were suspicions surrounding certain outgoing phone numbers, leading to the suspension of those numbers. True Corporation supports the government’s initiative by requesting mobile phone service users on TrueMove H and dtac networks, both postpaid and prepaid, holding 6 or more digits, to verify their identities starting from January 16, 2023. The company will send SMS notifications to customers with the specified numbers, and the registration process will be carried out gradually to ensure continuous SIM card usage.For customers holding 101 or more numbers, identity verification must be completed by February 14, 2024, while those with 6 to 100 numbers must verify their identities by July 13, 2024.
