October 22, 2024 – True Corporation is moving forward with its support for the “PT Grand Prix of Thailand 2024,” also known as the “Thailand MotoGP 2024,” taking place at Chang International Circuit in Buriram from October 25-27, 2024. True will increase its 5G signals by 3 times to serve over 100,000 Thai and international spectators daily, especially MotoGP enthusiasts. This event marks the 20th race out of 22 held worldwide in 2024.

“Our team analyzed data from last year’s event, which showed a 21% increase in data usage and a 24% rise in users year-over-year in the activity areas,” Mr. Prathet added. “Therefore, in 2024, we’ve designed the network capacity in the Commercial Area, which hosts concerts and various booths, to support social media and communication applications. In the Grandstand Area, where spectators watch the races live, we’ve optimized the signal for high-density usage and live streaming on various platforms to enhance the excitement-sharing experience.”

This global event will attract numerous international visitors, including competitors, support teams, foreign press, and tourists.
