Recently, the company has deployed its network team to affected areas to ensure that base stations are operational in provinces such as Nan, Chiang Rai, Phayao, and Phrae. Additionally, True Corporation’s regional teams are working to deliver food, drinking water, and essential supplies to those in need.

  • The network team is rapidly reaching base stations by both vehicle and boat to inspect equipment and test signal quality, ensuring that communication services remain uninterrupted even during emergencies.
  • True Corporation’s regional teams are also expediting the delivery of dry food, drinking water, and essential consumables to flood victims. They are collaborating with local agencies, such as the Nan Chamber of Commerce and Nan Hospital, to coordinate aid for those affected.

The company has also implemented measures to support customers in affected areas, including extending the validity period for prepaid customers, suspending signal cut-offs, and extending payment deadlines by 7 days for monthly subscribers of TrueMove H, dtac, TrueOnline, and TrueVisions (customers will receive confirmation via SMS).

True Corporation continues to fully execute its emergency response plan with a special operations team stationed at the Business and Network Intelligence Center (BNIC), equipped with Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enhance network reliability for 5G, 4G, and home internet services.
