dtac introduces a newly appointed chief happiness officer (CHO), gets public to join naming contest

“Naming the unnamed CHO” contest has been kicked off. The winner will have a chance to get a special prize, Samsung Galaxy S20

Feb 21, 2020 – Total Access Communication Plc or dtac today introduced a newly appointed executive position, Chief Happiness Officer, who will play a vital role in communicating dtac brand with sincerity, honesty, simplicity and humanization, delivering happiness to all dtac customers.

How Lih Ren, Chief Marketing Officer at Total Access Communication Plc or dtac, said: “Our Chief Happiness Officer has a unique characteristic that is designed with full of liveliness, joy, fun. He is very helpful, inspiring and encouraging. His key responsibility is to deliver happiness and joy to people. You can meet him at any dtac channels – website, dtac mobile application and dtac reward channel – from now on.”

Today, dtac has launched a new campaign, “Naming the unnamed CHO” to officially introduce its new position of CHO. Potential CHO names can be suggested via  https://www.dtac.co.th/campaign.html by filling out the form, which include CHO possible name, your full name and phone number. dtac customers can join a campaign and enter a suggestion in both Thai and English language from Feb 21 to Mar 1.

Your suggested name must be creative, and it should have never been submitted, awarded or copyrighted in any contest.

Names will be judged based on creativity (10 marks), marketability (5 marks) and good meaning (5 marks). The suggested names should well represented dtac’s personality – be kind, playful and creative. Any entries considered inappropriate will be ineligible.

The results will be announced on Mar 5 from 8 pm via dtac website and Facebook. The winner will be awarded Samsung Galaxy S20 in cosmic grey color worth 28,900 baht. After getting the most favorite name, our CHO will reach out to bring happiness to all dtac customers across the country throughout the year.
