“Now that we are synergizing with leading partners like dtac which has a customer base nationwide of more than 19.2 million people, and Robinhood the strong food delivery platform, we can together satisfy customers directly. Moreover, our “Central, Clean, Confident X2” initiative is implemented for stringent sanitation and personal hygiene with every retailer and their employees. This includes clear demarcation of entry-exit routes, daily screenings, timeline tracing, double protection masks, and daily big cleaning or retailers and common areas. It also covers delivery riders who come to pick up their orders to pass screening, self-assessment via the Thai Stop COVID app, and cleanse their hands and riding gloves before and after every delivery. The delivery riders are also required to wait in clearly marked socially-distanced areas, and restrained from talking to others,” added Dr. Nattakit.

Ms. Penpa-nga Suddhimondala, Head of dtac Reward and Partnership at Total Access Communication PLC or dtac, said, “dtac Reward has long been offering our customers added convenience and reduced expenses with special privileges for food deliveries. In 2021, loyalty points redemption on food delivery is now the highest growing category with 2.3 times growth compared to 2020. The second best-growing redemption category is online shopping and supermarket with 1.2 times higher popularity than the previous year.”
